Bethany MO KFC

I am a fan of KFC - favorite food! However, I am dismayed at the
current management in Bethany, MO.
First Complaint: I called from my work a half hour away and ordered a 16
pc meal and 6 extra pieced of chicken for a family dinner. When I got there the comment was -"Oh we haven't cooked that yet and all we have left is dark meat - It will take 22 minutes. So, exasperated as family expecting - waited 22 minutes to settle for dark meat and found they did not fix biscuits - had to wait another 5 minutes. When got home biscuits not done!
2nd Try - 6PM - out of chicken!
3rd try - Ordered 8 pc. dinner when got home had 6 pieces! They rectified by giving me a bucket to pickup at later date.
4th try - 6:30 pm again out of chicken!
5th try - again had to settle for dark meat - got home not done!
6th try - Prices went up extremely - 6 pc now 19.99, 8 pc now 23.99 bought it then thought, :love the chicken - cooked just right - but could have bought 5 chickens for this price! Crazy - called MV store and
found their 8 pc to be 16.99 and 12 pc to be 23.99 Outrageous - Bethany
losing this customer!
