Me and a buddy created an excellent drink 2 years ago.

. 1/2 cup vodka
. 2 scoops mint chocolate chip.
. Blend till mixed well
. ENJOY!

it started because ALL we had was mint schnapps and no chaser(s), except for mint chocolate chip ice cream. It was a huge hit, and we still make it today!

It goes great as an after dinner dessert drink, something to have on a cold winter day, and with Christmas coming up it makes for an excellent holiday party drink.
