Honoring Cinco de Mayo, Adobo Grill, 4939 E. 82nd St., has a lengthy list of festivities, which kick off tonight with a tequila dinner centered on dishes influenced by the Oaxacan region of Mexico. The featured spirit is Corzo Tequila, made with agave grown solely in the state of Jalisco, Mexico's primary producer of tequila.
