The best of both worlds: A self-serve buffet and table service is the culinary combination for Mother's Day at J. Baldwin's Restaurant & To-Go, where an appetizer table will offer appetizers and salads such as shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad and fresh fruit, followed by an order-from-the-menu entree such as coconut-crusted tilapia, lamb chops and chicken Marsala. And then, of course, the pastry tray.
